Upgrade immediately and receive a £19.99 first-month credit: £29.01 for Local Visibility or £79.01 for Local Growth, then the normal monthly price. All plans include hosting and care; there is no extra £19.99 charge.
Pages are planned around genuine services and areas you cover. Reports depend on account access and tracking settings. Search rankings and enquiry numbers vary; no position or number of customers is guaranteed. Read the plan details.
Google review tap cards or stands link customers straight to your review page using NFC or a QR code. Keep one at the counter, reception or wherever you finish the job.

Your monthly report shows how people find your website, which pages they visit and tracked enquiry actions where available. Contact-button clicks are shown separately from recorded form submissions; a click is not a confirmed enquiry or sale. We explain the work completed and what to focus on next. Reporting depends on account access, tracking and consent settings.
Alongside ten SEO pages in total each month, Local Growth includes one agreed improvement to an existing page or enquiry journey, review-request templates and suggested replies, local outreach, priority support and up to ten small website changes. The focused improvement might clarify a service page or simplify an enquiry form; it does not include a redesign or new custom functionality. Review requests ask for honest feedback without incentives or filtering. Physical review tap cards are a separate add-on.
Small changes include text edits, price updates, replacement photos, opening hours, and adding a team member or service to an existing page.
Local Visibility includes five pages a month and Local Growth includes ten in total. These can be service pages, useful guides or distinct pages for areas you genuinely serve. We agree topics, facts and approvals before publishing. If a topic would duplicate existing content, we agree a useful alternative or an improvement to an existing page rather than adding filler. Google decides what to index and rank; traffic and enquiries are not guaranteed.
A redesign, custom functionality, paid advertising, paid directory listings and work outside your plan are quoted separately. Monthly SEO pages are included only in Local Visibility and Local Growth. Profile work and reporting require access to the relevant accounts; tracked activity depends on the tools and consent settings in place.
Plans are monthly and can be cancelled before the next renewal. Every website includes its first month of Website Care, then £19.99 a month unless you upgrade or cancel. You keep your website; if you cancel hosting, I will help arrange a handover.
Yes. The included £19.99 Care month is credited against your first month: Local Visibility is £29.01 initially, then £49 a month; Local Growth is £79.01 initially, then £99 a month. These are total monthly prices, including hosting and care.

Get a quoteDiscounts are currently available on the Business, Complete and Extended website builds. Monthly support plans are £19.99, £49 or £99 without a discount. Your quote confirms your agreed build price and monthly plan before you commit.
We review the additional work together and agree any change to the price and timeline before I proceed. The original quote remains the reference for what is included.
The deposit covers work already carried out, so it is not refundable once I have started. What you will never be charged for is work not yet done. If I am the one who cannot finish, anything you have paid for undelivered work comes back to you.
Standard packages are paid in two stages: 50% to start and 50% before launch. Larger projects can use milestone payments, with the schedule written into the quote.
The prices shown are what you pay. If that ever changes because of my VAT position, it will be stated clearly on your quote before you agree to anything.
If the listed packages do not fit, describe the work you need and I can prepare a separate quote. You do not have to choose a larger package to cover one specific requirement.
