We discuss what the website needs to do, who will use it and which information is already available. This becomes the starting brief.
You receive a proposed page structure, scope, price and timeline. We agree these before the build starts.
50% upfront to start. I handle the design, structure, content, development and technical setup, then send you a preview link.
Use the preview to check the wording, images and customer journey. Your package includes two rounds of reasonable revisions before approval.
Final payment, then I connect the domain, set up the forms, submit the sitemap to Google and launch it. You own the site outright.

I build pages around the services you offer, the areas you genuinely cover and the questions people ask before contacting you. Local Visibility adds five SEO pages a month for £49; Local Growth adds ten in total for £99. Both include Google Business Profile work and monthly reports so you can see the activity, the work completed and the next steps. Rankings and enquiry numbers are not guaranteed.
On the visibility plans, the report covers Google search appearances and clicks, website visits and tracked enquiry actions where the setup allows. I also explain what I changed and what I recommend next. Figures depend on account access, available data and tracking consent; a contact-button click is not the same as a confirmed customer.
Send your business name, services, contact details and any logo or photos you already have. Links to an existing website, social page or Google Business Profile help me understand the business before we plan the pages.
You can send notes rather than finished copy. I will organise the information and draft the pages for you to review, so the wording accurately reflects your services and the way you work.
Your package includes two rounds of reasonable revisions before launch, covering wording, colours, layout adjustments and photo changes. New pages or a change to the agreed scope are priced separately before that work starts.
You can keep your current address. I will review the existing site and plan the switch, including redirects for any pages that move.
